Our Expertise: Our design-oriented Architectural group has extensive experience in Public Housing, Elderly Care, and Assisted Living Facilities, Historic Preservation and Sustainable Design. GYMO's Architects are recognized for their many attractive public facilities and user-friendly outdoor spaces for communities throughout the North Country. The group also provides Design and Land Planning services for indoor and outdoor sports facilities, golf courses, educational walking trails, water-front revitalization and downtown development.


GYMOs Engineering group has a proven reputation in Land Development Engineering for Civil, Site, and Structural Engineering as well as environmental design and hazard abatement. Our work includes storm drainage, water and wastewater projects, roadway, pedestrian trail and bridge design. Working directly with site data created by GYMO's Land Surveyors, the Engineers can quickly produce site plans, grading plans, and maps with accurate, up-to-date information. Our Engineering Department integrates projects with the Surveyors and Architects from the conceptual design and planning phase, through the preparation of Construction Documents, Specifications and Construction Contract Administration Services.

GYMO's Land Surveying group consists of field and office personnel who
have extensive experience in Federal, State, Municipal, Department of
Defense, Commercial, and Residential property boundary surveys;
topographic/planimetric site design surveys, and construction layout with
machine control. Our field crews and office personnel use state-of-the-art
technical equipment, the most current methods of data collection, data
reduction, AutoCAD drafting hardware and software, as well as GPS Field
Survey Data Acquisition.
