GYMO’s Construction Management department has a diverse team with experience in every aspect of the industry. Many of their certified team members are masons, journeymen electricians, plumbers and steam fitters, as well as past owners or superintendents of General Construction companies. The Director and Project Executives leading the team have managed a combined total of blank in construction. We provide services to various markets including schools, health system facilities, housing authorities, local government and state agencies, private developers and more, across Northern and Central, NY. Our Senior Construction Managers are on site whenever construction is taking place, but we assist in far more aspects of the project than just monitoring the contractors throughout the construction phase. We also are heavily involved in administrative tasks like drawing review, consulting with vendors and managing the project budget. Being an active team member keeps us in the know, allowing us to identify potential challenges and giving us the ability to address them in the early planning phases. Through our hands on approach, we will guide and support you from all project phases from inception through completion.
