Brian Madigan, RLA, CPESC
DIRECTOR OF LAND PLANNING & DESIGN
Mr. Madigan is experienced in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Engineering and Land Use Planning. He has practiced Landscape Architecture for 20 years. He has expertise in GIS-based Land Use Planning, City/Regional Planning and community design working for government, consulting engineers and private developers.
Brian has served as a Planning Board Engineer to several towns in New York State and has developed site plans for retail development throughout the northeast. He has authored a number of community comprehensive plans, trail plans and transportation corridor studies. He has also participated in several waterfront projects on the New York State Canal system.
